The PhD in Cultural Heritage Protection aims to generate an interprofessional meeting point among the different agents participating in the heritage protection through different perspectives: documentation and valuation of the good, characterisation of the materials in the good and in its surroundings, mechanism of deterioration and diagnose and finally, direct or indirect intervention on the patrimony in order to protect it.
This programme aims to provide an answer to the current training demand for researchers from the groups involved in the cultural heritage protection, grouping all the possible disciplines participation or contributing to the heritage protection in a common framework for exchange and collaboration in higher education.
